The Pine Tree Lane bridge is currently being upgraded and repaired.  The closure will continue through June, 2025.

The new bridge will provide a significantly wider area for boats to pass underneath. It will also have a new pedestrian sidewalk. There will continue to be one driving lane in each direction.

During the closure, there will be no access to Pine Tree Lane from Forest Hill Boulevard. Northbound traffic on Pine Tree Lane will terminate at the south end of the bridge. (Access to nearby homes will not be blocked).

You may access to Pine Tree Lane from the east via Keller Road (17th Ave N). You may access to Pine Tree Lane from the west off Florida Mango Road via Arabian Road W. to Waterway Drive.
