March 1, 2022 - Council Meeting Actions
- Approved the Minutes of the February 1, 2021 Town Council Meeting.
- Approved a Proclamation proclaiming the week of March 7 – 13, 2022 as Flood Awareness Week.
- Approved an Interlocal Agreement Governing Use of Palm Beach County Regional Opioid Settlement Funds subject to all blanks being completed by Palm Beach County.
- Approved eCivis Master Subscription and Service Agreement for grants network software.
- Approved the Employee Handbook
- Approved the construction of a speed table located in front of 7131 West Lake Dr consistent with a petition signed by 84% of the residents in the immediate area. Speed table will be constructed using the standard design from Engenuity Group for a 20 MPH traffic control device. Approving a budget increase for an expenditure of approximately $7,000 from the Infrastructure Surtax Fund (Budget amendment to follow).
- Approved Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement No. LPA0020 between the Town and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection regarding reimbursement of septic to sewer design expenses
