June 3, 2024 - Council Meeting Actions
- Approved the Minutes of the May 14, 2024 Town Council Meeting.
- Approved Resolution 2024-14 – Extending the Standard Master Agreement with Jones Edmunds & Associates, Inc. for an additional one-year period.
- Approved the Hinterland Group Proposal not exceeding $243,000.00 for sewer force main replacement, waiving the bidding requirements due to not being advantageous to the Town, and directing the Town Manager to sign the Proposal.
- Approved to continue employee health insurance with Florida Blue, and other insurance coverages with Mutual of Omaha, to waive the bidding requirement because such requirements are not advantageous to the Town and to allow the Town Manager to sign the contracts when they become available.
- Approved the use of forfeiture funds not to exceed $3,000 for equipment and labor to install the equipment on a police vehicle.
