  • Approved the Minutes of the July 11, 2023 Town Council Meeting.
  • Approved the Minutes of the July 11, 2023 Budget Workshop.
  • Approved Resolution 2023-29 - Updating User Fees and Charges Schedule.
  • Approved the Agreement with Akerman LLP for State of Florida Governmental Affairs Representation from September 1, 2023 – August 31, 2024 in the amount of $3,000.00 per month.
  • Approved the Grant Agreement between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Town for the Comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment Project, contingent upon approval of the agreement by the Town Attorney.
  • Approved the remaining 2023 events and dates.
  • Granted Donald & Sherry Swinarski the variance request for an 8 foot variance to construct a swimming pool that will be 2 feet from the rear property line.
